WARRANTY:
Lebanon Body Shop's warranty covered labor and repairs performed by our shop for a period of one year, and was not transferable. Parts were warranted by the manufacturer. A completed and signed warranty card was issued at the time of repairs and must be presented along with the original repair order receipt.

For one year, Lebanon Body Shop warranted our welding and mechanical repairs, excluding air conditioning, suspension and electrical components. For one year, Lebanon Body Shop also warranted paint from fading, bubbling, cracking or peeling--excluding rust repair.

At our discretion, Lebanon Body Shop repaired or refinished affected areas listed on the original repair order (free of charge) when a claim was made within the one year warranty period unless the vehicle was used unreasonably, not maintained, or other poor care is exercised. Further, damage from poor maintenance, fresh damage, or stone chips voided the warranty. Our paint warranty was good on a factory finish that was not defective.

The warranty did not cover loss of time or use, car rental, inconvenience, or other economic loss.

TRAINING:
Our staff went through the I-CAR advanced technician training for automotive collision repair.
